Application Procedure
To access a list of applicants from our database, please use the fast or advance search feature on our website. Once you have selected the applicant(s) you will need to fill in our family application form on line. Please note that we receive new applicants daily and are updating our records continually, and you might not be able to see your perfect applicant on our website. We strive to ensure that all our Au Pairs, Mother’s Help and Nannies are screened before appearing on our website. We have many applicants on our database, some of whom may not necessarily be visible on our website so please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs further.
Alternatively, if you are an existing family please use your username and password. We will liaise with you within 24 hours in order to set up an interview with the applicant of your choice and assist you throughout the recruitment procedure. You will receive an e-mail confirming your interview request. We will then liaise with you in order to organize an interview with the applicant(s) of your choice.
Confirmation Procedure
Once the interview is successful, we will confirm the placement in writing and send you the Host Family agreement, a letter of invitation to your Au Pair/Mother's Help and require the same to be sent back to Au Pair Network International.
At this stage you will also be required to pay the fees.
Arrival Procedure
We will advise you in writing of the precise arrival details of your Au Pair/Mother's Help.
Upon the arrival of your Au Pair/Mother's Help you must complete and sign with your Au Pair/Mother's Help the Host family and Au Pair/Mother's Help House Rules. You will have those documents sent to you beforehand, and accordingly those must be returned to Au Pair Network International.
Cancellation prior to the arrival of your Au Pair/Mother's Help
Once you have confirmed your definite acceptance of your Au/Pair/Mother's Help and you subsequently cancel for any reason prior to the arrival of your Au Pair/Mother's Help you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £360 +VAT.
Placement fees
The placement fees are non-refundable once you accept your first Au Pair/Mother's help.
