The Au Pair people who care for your family
You owe it to your family to work with the Au Pair agency that will provide you
with the best quality service, most rigorously selected Childcarers and the
peace of mind that comes with our exclusive customer care guarantee.
Prompt and Efficient Placement Service
At our Childcare agency, we know that you have a choice. The mission of
our highly trained staff is to provide you with the most suitable childcarer
for you and your family with the minimum fuss and bother.
Carefully Screened and Personally Interviewed Nannies, Au Pairs and Mother's
Helps
We are committed to providing you with a quality service. All our applicants
are thoroughly screened and we carefully check all references before the
childcarers are accepted by us. We make inquiries into important issues such as
the applicant's physical and mental state of health and criminal records. In
addition a senior member of staff personally interviews all childcarers. This
attention to detail ensures that you can place your confidence in the Au Pair,
Mother's Help or Nanny that you invite into your home to look after your
children.

Year Round Availability

Pairs, Mother's Help and Nannies throughout the year. We also recruit and
screen applicants in the U.K., who are available for personal interviews. You
may apply to us at any time.
Professional and Friendly staff
Our staff have personal experience of being either a Nanny or an Au Pair and
are therefore sympathetic both to your needs and to the expectations of your
childcarer. This understanding enables us to ensure that both you and your
childcarer are able to communicate freely and easily with us at any time.
Dedicated Customer Service
We realise that problems will occasionally arise. Our dedicated Customer Care
staff, make it easy for you or your childcarer to contact us with your concerns
and our professional staff are able to rapidly resolve problems in a fair and
considerate manner.
Our Service to Your Childcarer
All our childcarers are invited to attend an orientation session and receive a
handbook plus a list of other Nannies and Au Pairs in their area. Mindful of
the need for your childcarer not to feel isolated, we also have a Social Club.
All Nannies, Mother’s Helps and Au Pairs receive a regular newsletter,
detailing monthly social activities both in Britain and on the Continent. We
also offer a counselling service which they can use at any time.
Mutual Appraisal Scheme
We offer a Mutual Appraisal Scheme to help identify and resolve problems or
concerns that you or your childcarer may have during the preliminary stages of
the stay. In our experience, the appraisal scheme is very successful in
ensuring that the relationship between the childcarer and your family remains
compatible. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Business.
Choice of Nannies, Au Pairs or Mother's Helps
Our childcare staff come from all over the world and we can therefore offer you
a wide selection of nationalities. Our Au Pairs usually come from Europe and
our Nannies mainly from France and Sweden. They are all well educated, mature
and have proven childcare experience. All will have been chosen for their love
of children and the childcare experience.
Continental Nannies
NNI mainly specialises in sourcing Nannies from Continental Europe, as well as the UK and South Africa, providing your family with excellent childcare and the opportunity for your children to be exposed to a foreign language.
